Day 7 (Friday) Day 7 was the last full day at NOAC. the next day we would be headed home. For most of the attendees, the morning was spent helping with a huge "service project" were they tested out the campus's emergency response system by participating in a campus wide fire drill.

To tell the truth, when I wrote about this year's Naguonabe Lodge's National Order of the Arrow patch sets last June and July I thought the three part article would be all there would be to write. Surprise! This last month the lodge came out with its fourth patch set option.

Arrowmen are known for maintaining camping traditions and spirit, promoting year-round and long term resident camping, and providing cheerful service to others.
I found this really cool photo from NOAC that shows everyone in the arena for one of the shows. If you went, see if you can find yourself. And to all my friends, look for me and Scout 1. It's almost like Google Maps with how much you can zoom in and out. http://gpxtag.com/photo/noac2015
Eagles by state, 1912-2011 My NOAC Centennial Lodge So here's a comparison from an infographic about Eagle Scouts , showing where Eagle Scouts are from. Again, not a scientific survey of where scouting is most popular, but an indicator. It does follow the general trend of where people I met at NOAC are from.
@oabsa Found my dad's old OA Handbook from the 1950's. It was really cool to see the history in it, his history as a youth Arrowman. He had recorded his activity in his lodge ( the same lodge I was inducted in).
I came across a program from the 41st National Conference of the Order of the Arrow (or what we would call the 1956 NOAC these days). I didn't know it, but my dad had gone to that conference as a scout.

Most of the Arrowmen who watch the jaw-dropping shows will never get to thank the NOAC 2015 scenic design team. But they're not doing it for the glory.
